The UMR has long developed a strong partnership with the socio-economic world to develop its work with a specific objective. The unit is part of the France Futur Élevage network of academic research laboratories and agricultural technical institutes, which has been awarded the Institut Carnot label and is dedicated to promoting R&D collaboration and the transfer of innovations within the livestock industry. Our collaborations with private companies and technical institutes therefore fall within the framework of this Carnot Institute, which secures our public-private partnerships for both parties. In addition, the unit's researchers are responding to calls for projects launched by France Futur Elevage, particularly with a view to resourcing our research activities for future public-private partnerships.
