Good news! The first scientific publication from the PiroGoTick project has just been released. It focuses on asymptomatic carriers of equine piroplasmosis and the genetic diversity of the two parasites, Theileria equi and Babesia caballi, in France. This study is the result of a collaboration between the equine clinics of the four national veterinary schools, conducted between 2019 and 2023 as part of the PiroQuest program.
