The animal product sectors, the mainstays of agriculture in the Great West, are seeking to green their production methods in order to meet the challenges of globalisation and sustainable development. The Sant'innov project explores a new approach by taking into account animal health. It includes 2 themes of finalized research:

  • The use of grasslands in modern dairy production systems
  • Reducing the use of antibiotics in cattle, dairy, meat and pig production systems
